As you may have noticed, we’ve recently implemented a monthly payment system that combines all events into one payment. Why?
Starting in 2016, HTO moved to a centralized InfusionSoft summit platform. We did this for a number of reasons, including allowing our affiliates to manage and track all of their HTO promotions from one centralized location.
Because of this, we can now pay you on a regular schedule. Around the 3rd-5th of each month, you’ll get a commission payment for sales that occurred +30 days prior to the payment date (the 30-day money back guarantee on purchases must expire before payment).
Now, we realize that this can be a bit confusing since you’re used to receiving payments on a “per event” basis. Unfortunately, we’re pushing the limits of InfusionSoft, and their database simply can’t generate reports that would allow us to easily make payments on a per event basis.
The burden of accounting does shift to you a bit, so we will always include the date ranges for which a payment is being made. You can then visit your account “Ledger” to look at the same date ranges.
